Mobile Home Discount

Hello,
I had signed up for my plans in august and i was urged to sign up with the mobile+home discount.
But its been 3 months now and its still not active on my line.

Every time I get a bill, i contact support and am told its active and will show up credited on my next bill, but it's still not activated.
Just extremely frustrating, and I'm hoping to get some pointers on how to resolve this.

jamesjub123, we definitely don't want you missing out on any savings! Let's get this Mobile+ Home Discount figured out. To clarify, did you add mobile service in August, or was it Fios service you added? Could you please tell us more about the steps you initially took to enroll in the discount?

I am having the same problem! I have had food and mobile for a few years now, and cannot figure out how to get the discount activated. I have my accounts linked in the app. Itโ€™s very frustrating and all of the help articles and chat  just keep sending me in circles.

first, put the Mobile  A/C and the Fios  A/C linked  all together, use One ID sigh in is better.   Then call CS to help you to get Mobil +Home internet  Discount.  you will get $5.oo each mobil line only.
