Mobile + Home Loyalty Discount: Still nothing

When we first looked into switching to Verizon Wireless back in August, a customer service representative said we would receive a $5 Mobile + Home Discount AND a $5 Mobile + Home Loyalty Discount, since we have had Fios for years and years. Finally on our December bill, we received our Mobile + Home Discount of $5 but still do not see any discount for a Mobile + Home Loyalty Discount?

Was on the phone today for a hour, and no one seems to know how exactly this gets applied.

Does anyone have any suggestions since I don't want to keep calling every month trying to get the discounts that we are eligible for?

We would love to take a closer look at your situation. Is the discount not being applied to your cellular account or your Fios account?

It was my understanding it was supposed to be on our mobile bill. This is a snippet of the chat with the rep when I first inquired into this program:

Once you enroll in autopay discount, you will get $30 off ($10 per line)

And once you enroll in the Home + Mobile discount, you will get further $30 off ($10 per line)

We are getting the first one for autopay and paperless billing.

But for the second we are only getting $5 per line (Mobile + Home), missing the Mobile + Home Loyalty one of $5.

And, the discount also does not appear on our Fios bill if you are interested.

No one has done anything to resolve this except tell me they are sending me a private message which asks the same questions over and over again. This is getting old and tiresome and we will think about changing back to our old provider since this is getting ridiculous and wasting our time. I am not calling CS again and sitting on the phone for over a hour again either since they seem to have no idea either. Beyond frustrated...

You did not answer the question. Yes, I received the Mobile + Home Discount of $5. But this is the Loyalty discount, which, according to the rep when you had me sign up with you, was another $5 (see the attached picture). This was also something I found online, at your site, when I was signing up for your plan BACK IN AUGUST. So I will continue to ask the same question over and over again, until someone can give me the $5 discount you promised me?

Iโ€™m still waiting for Verizon to resolve this issue for me. Itโ€™s been more than two months of escalating and then patiently waiting for a resolution. Not sure why itโ€™s so difficult to activate the discount. Theyโ€™ve been able to see that Iโ€™m 100% eligible. Very frustrating to say the least.
