Mobile + Home Rewards savings error**please fix**

I have the below error for more than one month and countless hours talking with the reps. Verizon should up the customer service game, every time I call they made me enroll via the text link, via the app, browser, steer to Fios customer service, and each takes more than 1.5 hours. It’s beyond frustrating

“Mobile + Home Rewards savings may be affected after pending account changes are made.”

How do I send you a message? I contacted CS again today and they just repeatedly made me go through the same with no issue. It’s absolutely the worst customer service experience of any company. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone.

I am having the exact same problem. I get "Mobile + Home Discount savings may be affected after pending account changes are made".

So many chats and phone calls no luck. so far. I switched 8 lines. big mistake.

My problem is resolved now. I got a ticket opened with Tier2 and I got an email yesterday and it said the problem is resolved. After that I was able to verify that it is indeed fixed.

Hi- I’m having issue signing up also. My error message is:

Looks like something went wrong with your discount. Please call customer service at 1-800-837-4966. 

I called but still unable to resolve.

I got the same error. Talked with many customer agent but no one is able to resolve it.

I am little bit frustrated because it’s ended up paying more compare to my previous plan with Tmobile.

Not recommended because you won’t get discounts as promy

I got the error while claiming Fios discount for Mobile (wireless) "Mobile + Home discounts savings may be affected after pending changes are made"

I've tried everything but I didn't get any success .
