Mobile + Home discount

Like many others, Verizon removed my Mobile + Home discount from my Mobile account due to an “error”. I have  been on the phone with customer service twice already about this since June 5th, and was told Verizon is working on correcting this. In the meantime, I’m paying $50 more per month now. I was told credits will be issued once the issue is resolved. I’m a retiree, and can’t afford this. I find it difficult to believe it takes this long to fix the issue. I’ve been extremely patient, but I’m growing irate. I’m considering reaching out to local news outlet consumer troubleshooters since this is affecting many customers, and Verizon is not being helpful at all. I’m also seriously considering switching to another provider. I’m getting fed up.
