I am getting the following error when trying to enroll in Mobile + Home discount:
"Looks like something went wrong with your discount. Please call customer service at 1-800-837-4966."
After spending multiple hours over the phone and chat - the issue still persists.
Is there anybody here who can help to resolve or escalate this to Verizon technical team?
