Its really quite ridiculous. I've spoken to at least THREE "supervisors" who've all "apologized" for the inconvenience yet they inconvenience me more by NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. Now for the last 2 weeks I cant even get into my Fios account. Hey Verizon, you're about to lose a 20+ year wireless and Fios customer.
