Here is the text I keep getting from Verizon mobile.
Verizon Msg: You qualify for monthly savings. Since you have both Verizon mobile and Fios Home Internet services, you can save $5 per line on your Verizon mobile bill each month. It's our way of thanking you for being a loyal customer. It's easy to enroll at m.vzw.com/mhdiscount. Reply "X" to stop messages.
Never works. Always gives me an error and tells me to contact customer support. Tried twice on two different days. Both support calls were well over 2 hours. Kept getting sent back and forth between mobile and fios service agents. No one knew what to do.
Mobile : It's a fios issue, I'll send you to them.
Fios: It's a mobile issue, I'll send you to them.
This went on both times for hours. Just gave up.
I definitely canceling something or changing my plan on either fios or mobile so I can get the discount owed.
I use to like Verizon customer service. But the last year or two. It has me comparing it to Comcast.
