Anyone else still unable to get the Mobile+Home discount? I’ve called customer service multiple times but they can’t seem to solve the problem. They claim I’m already enrolled but agree that I’m not getting the discount. The store where we bought our phones has been worse than useless. What a joke!

I would also be concerned if I was supposed to be getting the mobile + home discount and was not seeing it even if I was being told it was active. I know there has been some changes how the discount appears now, and we are here to help. Which service did you sign up for first mobile or home? Is this FiOS home service or 5G/LTE home service?
The reason I ask is that if you signed up for mobile service first, and then FiOS, the discount will be on your FiOS bill.
If you are an existing FiOS customer, and signed up for mobile service, the discount will appear on your mobile bill.

I was a FIOS customer for years and then became a mobile customer. It is on neither bill.

Have now been on with customer service for an hour and they can’t figure it out. Looks like it’s time to switch to Comcast.
