Mobile-home discount

So in May many people lost these discounts due to an error on Verizon’s  part, as of today my account is still not corrected and my auto payment t will post at the end of the month.  This seriously needs corrected ASAP, it is unacceptable that you will take our full payment without the discounts applied.
