I'm not able to join, I cannot pair my wireless and Fios accounts. My Verizon app tells me to add (shop) Fios to my account but I already have Gigabit internet.
I have wasted hours of my time trying to get support but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

1-800-922-0204 is the wireless number. However the situation maybe you have to join them both when you first signed up.
