Moving Charges, Charged 3x what a representative told me on the phone.

I had moved to a new address and had my service moved to my new home. The representative said that i would only be charged a $30 activation fee to activate it. Normally my bill is $71.

My bill is now $141. I was only told that I would have to pay the activation fee even with a technician coming out to set it up, but there are two additional charges ive copied and pasted below. Some clarification as to why i have to pay nearly DOUBLE my normal bill would be nice...
