I received the following message 13 times yesterday. We typically never go over our amount. We may receive one message one day before the close of the billing cycle. It interrupted the day, Sunday, and forced me to agree to an increase billing amount for a plan that I had no time to think about. I only had the opportunity to cancel receiving all of the text messages. I plan to file a complaint with the attorney General’s office.
