During this unprecedented Pandemic of Corona virus, Verizon has promised to waive late fees and promised to keep our connections alive. Well, that's not true to my case. On Easter Sunday, they decided to cut me off despite I had a payment arrangement. I was told payment arrangement will not avoid the suspension. What about the corona message from Verzion? I thought we're all protected until May 13 or whatever. I"m very disappointed as a customer for many many years since FIOS first became available in Philly.
