Hi, I've been a Fios customer since February and one of the incentives for sigining up was a Fios Reward Amazon card. However, I still haven't recieved it even though it says it will be emailed to me for months now. Whenever I go to check the status, it says processing, but it's said that for months.
The support chat was unhelpful and pointed me towards a support number where no one answered. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction? It's getting pretty frustrating.
