My First Verizon Bill is 4 Times what I signed up for!

On 4/22/23 I signed up for 4 lines of Unlimited + via Austin in Sales. The rate was $30/month per line, comprised of a $45/line charge minus a $10/line/month for 3 years sign-on bonus, minus a $5/line for autopay. On 5/20/23 I received my first bill; $538! After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Customer Service, they told me that I had the Play More plan, that the Unlimited Plus plan was not available when I signed up (through their own Sales Team) and they refused to change the bill to my original agreement with Austin in Sales. I left Verizon 20 years ago due to these kind of billing games they seem to enjoy playing. Unfortunately, the only semi-reliable service in this area is Verizon. How can I get justice on this issue? Dave.
