I am fed up of explaining this to Verizon over and over and over.
Im hoping posting it here will get the necessary attention to resolve it.
I have FIOS only.
I do have Verizon Wirelss but the profiles are seperate.
My Portal access is the same as it has ALWAYS been for many many years.
with one exception.
NOTHING but email works.
No online bill viewing.
No Paperless Bill enrollment
No Auto Pay services
No service description and upgrade or down grade options.
All the links are there but they all fail when I try and use them.
This has been going on for many months now.
And I am tired of it.
I open tickets with Verizon trouble ticketing and they refer me to the E-Center. All calls, emails and tickets with the E-Center have resolved NOTHING. The only thing they have done is generated MAJOR frustration.
Its a simple problem. Fix the **bleep** portal.
I even offered to allow them to completely wipe my profile and build a new one from scratch if it would resolve the issue.
Serveral of the Verizon CS people have indicated they have made changes or transfered systems and it has cuased issues.
I NEED THIS RESOLVED.
