For the past week and a half, every single time I go to My Verizon Home Page, I get the sign in box, even though I've checked the box to stay signed in for 2 weeks!!! I didn't have this problem prior to. I called support, and the guy I spoke with before I was re-routed to a tech guy said there was an update recently that might have created this issue. The wait time for the tech guy was exceeding 20 mins and I needed to get somewhere, so I hung up (and I've seen posts about wait times in excess of 1 hr, sometimes up to 2 hrs - wth??!!).

Solved it 2 ways 1 If using IE8 uninstall and reinstall or 2 switch to Google Chrome browser. Tried both and switched back to IE8.

I cannot sign in to my account using Google Chrome. It keeps telling me my ID or pwd is wrong. I can sign in using Mozilla Firefox, what you can see from the fact that I'm writing this message, but web site builder Trellix does not work with MF, so I have to use Chrome! Troubles stared after introduction "The New My Verizon".
