I just received your email about "My Verizon."  I've tried it and about 1/3 of the links I've clicked on say, "Sorry,we are unable to process your request at this time."  Later, after I've signed in, I received an email requesting to verify my zip code.  I click on that link to verify it and I get the same response from the My Verizon email sent to me.

Other than here, I can't get a link to report this problem.  Here is the response I get:

I also went to new website for my Verizon. Could initially register, etc. but then everything I tried to do/see just kept "loading" and never getting there. Site needs tweaking.
