My account got disconnected and I can't find an option where I can pay my final bill! I also can't get customer support!

I requested to terminate/disconnect all my services and account but lost access to myVerizon to settle the final bill. My user ID doesn't work and the links to the Disconnected Accounts and Pay My Bill websites do not work. I also can't get any customer support since the Chat feature prompts me to sign in to my account! I am currently living overseas so I don't have the means to go to a physical Verizon store! Please help me!!
