My account information seems to be wrong.

Everything was going well until my card was compromised, and I had to have a new debit card sent. 

I cannot access my account using my email (despite notifications going to that email) or via my zip code (despite Verizon sending information to my home address). 

When I try to schedule a call, the application says it's unavailable. It's not my problem Verizon didn't set up my account correctly, particularly when they can communicate with me but I can't communicate with them, and it's certainly not in my responsibility to set in a cue to pay me bill because YOUR account information is correct. 

I'm more than annoyed, and I don't see why I don't just cancel the account since Verizon's ability to contact me is correct, as you've have contacted me, but I can't use that information to get into my own account.
