My account is corrupted and your customer service is the worst

For the past month I've been unable to access my bill, view various pages on my account, see credits and payments that have been applied to my account or do nearly anything on myverizon

I have called and been on hold or speaking to someone from support for over 4 hours total now. I keep getting transferred to someone new, who I have to explain the issues all over again to, only to be transferred again or simply disconnected for asking for a supervisor.

This is completely unreasonable for your customers to have to deal with.

I was told I would be getting a callback last Friday, only to call back today and have a rep tell me the issue was resolved (it hasn't been) and then transfer me to someone and repeat this endless cycle.

I need someone that can fix my account, and a way to reach them without sitting on hold for any more time, this is beyond ridiculous.
