My bill changes monthly

I signed up with Verizon again in January and I'm two steps from breaking up again. Every month I never know what I'm gonna pay fory phone bill. I was told me and my one other line would be $100/month. It's never been that. Always more. Added another line and none of the three of us pay the same from month to month. Make it make sense. Why? Why do you lie to get people to sign up?

Same. Iโ€™m charged randomly every month and never the amount I agreed to.

Me too.  I had been sold on this 100 a month idea.  Never been under 200.00

 

Also returned a Chromebook Verizon has never credited or shown it as returned.

Havent been pleasedโ€ฆ. So I feel your pain

We are concerned to learn about your continued billing issues. Can you share more with us about your plan so that we can better understand? We would also like to investigate further regarding the return of the Chromebook. Was this a new device purchase? When was it returned?

When I came on in January withy brother we made no changes February, March pr April up through end of May.

In late Aprily mom joined my account and I'm late May we both went overseas. I went back to ultimate welcome in mid June. 

My bill has never been consistent in price not the price y'all claimed. And this month is yet ANOTHER random price. I'm top afraid to add my dad cuz who knows what y'all will start doing.

Yes, I would very much like more info on why this happens. My last provider my brother and I paid $96. And now it's a wild guess every month what we're going to pay.
