My bill was 743.00 last month and 1553.00 this month and Verizon will not fix it.

So I had a phone that messed up so I reached out to Verizon for a new one. They did send me a new one and I had to send the old one back, only I work out of town and left it with my girlfriend to send back once the new phone came in. Unfortunately, somehow she lost the old one and I was stuck with having to pay 743.00 that month. Which is understandable. What is not understandable is the very next month they stick me with a 1,553.00 bill and assured me they would fix it. Iโve contacted them 4 times now over the past 2 weeks and every time they assure me my bill will be fixed. To be more specific, the last time I talked to them they said they would have someone contact me in 4-5 days with the resolution on how they will fix the bill. Well itโs been another week, almost 2, and no call. I have never missed a phone payment, or been late, Iโve spent God knows how much with these people, so In my opinion they could at the very least act like they wanted to keep me as a customer. Do they actually expect me to be able to over 2300 dollars in 2 months for a phone??

Hello, Dw2202. I definitely understand your concerns as it would be shocking to receive a bill this high. Help is here. Please share more details. What does the detailed billing show regarding the next billing? Does it show why it is so high?

It does not give me a specific reason. It says one time charges and credits- 1993.00. So now my bill has gone up another 400 and something dollars since I posted the post above.

Iโve been a customer of Verizon for over 6 years now and have never been late or missed a payment. But because of this issue I have now been late for a payment because I am simply not going to pay 2000 dollars for no reason.

Get ready for the run around. I have this exact same problem. I was promised it would be taken care of, except now my service has been disconnected for non payment. I've been a Verizon customer over 20 years so loyalty means nothing.

I already have been given the run around and now my bill is up to 1993.00 and Iโve called them over 5 times and even asked for a supervisor and was told that one would call me within 30 minutes and never received a call. This is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate company ive ever had to deal with. Especially to a 6 year loyal customer. Pitiful

They have done the exact same thing to me right now. I have promises to issue credit in writing from Verizon yet they still haven't fixed what they messed up. I am a military line and have been a customer for years. It's disgusting, and something I will definitely share to everyone I know who is a veteran and has their service.

Yea they promised they wouldnโt suspend my service either until they figured out a solution but, unsurprisingly they cut my service off this Friday and forced me to pay the 2000 dollars so idk what Iโm going to do
