Verizon has been billing me for taxes and surcharges from another state. I have lived in Oregon for 2 years but lived in Az 6 months out of the year but over 2 years ago! In the past, they have refunded me for these charges. .The last representative told me on the phone that it would be dishonest for him to refund me. Why? I do not live in AZ! I am a full time Oregonian.
