I need to know how to pull up a previous chat with an agent from a couple days ago. I have dealt with this 3 separate times in which each agent said the problem was fixed. This agent I have been talking to for now four hours! Says they cannot find the chat. I was told to disregard the past due and my balance was not due till Nov. now my service is shut off.
