International calling !
I placed several calls and text to Verizon as I was going out of the country and wanted to keep phone charges reasonable. I had atleast three different chats going on through out the month before leaving to ensure I was completely covered to use my phone due to my medical condition. I was assured by Verizon that the $100.00 on top of my unlimited calling pkg would cover my international calls I informed them I was going to be on a cruise. I was repeatable assured the 100.00 plan would cover unlimited calls. My bill came for 585.00??? Are you serious? When I tried to reach someone I can only text I’m told I can’t get my chat records, cause they would prove misinformation provided to me. After 4 days of texting going from one rep to another it was supposed to be decided by escalations dept but all they do is say we need more info THERE IS NO MORE INFO!
they give me the run around over and over as if waiting for me to lose interest. I’ve been. Loyal customer for 4 years 5 months but if I don’t get some help I am leaving Verizon for a company who will back their customers with support
