My upcoming bill for february shows a "Promotion Chargeback" of $283.

Being a senior citizen and social security is my only form of income, I deleted some of the features off of my plan to reduce my monthly charges, My bill went down for a month and then increased again in January by  $35. Now my next bill for Feb. shows a "Promotional Chargeback" of $283. I have 2 phones on my plan, so this amounts to $566. additional on my bill! Has anyone else had this happen?

Akbigzig, I am always on the lookout for surprise charges on my bills, so I can understand your concern. $283.00 is a significant amount. Especially when on a budget. A promotion chargeback typically occurs when a promotion has been provided and a change was made to the account to disqualify the promotion.
