I tried to change my password using the forgot password option, because apparently the password I had worked on my mobile app, but NOT on the website. Go figure, broken. So I initiate the reset, and go through the motions, and I get my text message with my temporary password, only, the password isn't there. So now I can't login using the temporary password, cause I don't know what it is. And any attempts to run through the process again does nothing. No texts with new temp password, nothing. I'm effectively locked out of my account with absolutely no way of getting into it
