I am so angry with Verizon Customer Service I don't know where to start. My renewal came up. I have been a FIOS customer for 4 years straight, and then from 2008-2014. I have no idea how NBA League Pass even ended up on my account. No one bothered to tell me it was up for renewal (I would never renew it). The hoops I've had to go through to get it cancelled- the number of customer agents I've had to speak to- it actually seems like Verizon is deliberately trying to scam its customers into services they don't want. I am at the point where I think it's time to give up completely on Verizon.
