I have spoken to a dozen agents and no one can find a solution. There is no way for me to see my billing online or on the app. Whenever I log in it goes to a closed account. I've spent 15+ hours talking with different people in circles and may need to cancel the account since no one can help me with something as simple as accessing a BILL.
