NEVER GOT MY NEW CUSTOMER GIFT CARD FROM VERIZON VIA BLACKHAWK

I registered for a $200 Verizon gift card on June 17. The card was supposed to be e-mailed by June 29, but it was not.  I've tried calling Verizon, but the representative advised me to call their "Blackhawk" department at 1 (888) 397-0765.  This department only provides automated responses that don't apply to my problem.
