I was charged $10 for a call from New Hampshire to California.
The agent said
“Just to set your expectation, New Hampshire is considered as international for a reason that it is located in New England at the extreme northeastern corner of the country.”
The next agent agreed with him!
The next agent said she was removing the charge but aside from a confirmation number, could not provide documentation of the call.
The charge is still on my account.
Come on, Verizon. Get your act together.
