I have been with Verizon for many years and have a eight (8) line family plan. Back in June 2022 ( yes, 2022) I took advantage of a Verizon special where they replaced/upgraded your iPhone for free. I had three (3) phones that qualified. One of the lines went smoothly, the other two (2) lines I am still trying to resolve, I am on payment #20. I have emails from Verizon stating they realize my account is messed up and they will resolve, but again this has been going on since June 2022. The Verizon reps have told me they help dozens of people everyday that are experiencing the same as I.

Hello, before anything, thanks for your multiple years of business with the company, Verizon appreciates your loyalty. Dealing with order and promotional issues can be overwhelming, especially if they have been occuring since June 2022. Please tell us more, what exactly is going on with the two lines you are encountering offer / order problems?
