I am having the same issue.  Need to claim my rebates by 12/5, but unable to locate the promo code.  I ordered online and it is not in any of the emails I received.

Hello, NamT, we want to make sure you're able to redeem your offer! As far as the rebate, is this in reference to changing carriers and porting your number to Verizon? Can you let us know when your order was placed?

I have the same issue. Purchased 2 phones on 2024-11-30. The link in the original bill takes me to my notifications, but there are no notifications. How do I see the past notifications, or find the promo code for the Switcher Rebate?

Hello,
I have the same issue. Purchased 7 phones on 2024-11-30. The link in the original bill takes me to my notifications, but there are no notifications. How do I see the past notifications, or find the promo code for the Switcher Rebate?
I applied with a rebate code but now got an email saying it is invalid. its worth $1400. Appreciate your help on this.

Called rebate department, they told me that all they can do it check the status but cannot help. Calling customer care from last 3 months without any resolution.
