Need help redeeming new customer reward

I have recently signed up for FiOS internet, but was unable to redeem the advertised $50 welcome reward. I followed the sign up link in My Verizon to, tried every other days for 3 weeks now, never able to see the sign up page. Searching the web it seems to be a known problem for years. And the only resolution seems to be asking for help here and get an esclation.

So here I am: Could someone from Verizon help me esclating my issue so I can redeem the highly advertized new customer incentive from Verizon? Thanks very much!
