Need to unlink and old Fios account from mobile for the Mobile + Home discount to work with new Fios

I have similar issue with other member who posted two days ago. My mobile number is linked to my old Fios account. I keep getting a message saying "The Fios account you entered is not in good standing. You can enroll once the account is in good standing again" How do I unlink my old Fios account from my verizon wireless account? I don't want to miss discount benefit. Please help.
