Negative bill is ready

Not sure what I should even start this with but I thought it would be a good idea to pay my phone bill early through the My Verizon app but after putting the money or paying it it's currently saying Your bill is ready. $-140.00 I'm not sure if this is a glitch on my end or Verizons end? Just a little worried if I just payed a bill that's not existent and if my money is now in a void or not

Hey UnlovedWaifu, I know I would share the same concern if I had paid my bill early as well and it showed a negative balance due. I'm happy to help offer a peace of mind. When a balance displays as negative like that it indicates you have a credit balance that would be reduced from any future billed charges. 

It's possible your billing statement for the month has not generated yet, and worst case scenario is that we have the ability to request a credit balance refund due to overpayment be refunded back to you.
