Netflix Redemption Problem

I have tried to redeem my one free year of Netflix that came with the Fios Triple Play since June. I have spent hours on the phone with agents, and in chats on the Verizon website. Although this seems to be a known problem, no one has yet contacted me with a solution. Any suggestions on how I can actually redeem my Netflix subscription?
