Hello all, I was told a while back when renewing my FIOS Gigabit service that I would be able to redeem my free netflix in 30-60 days. It's now past that time and I still haven't received it. I've looked in my Netflix account and no credits were given, and I do not have any messages from Verizon in any of my destinations. Can someone please help me with this? I've been trying to get through to Verizon for over an hour now and I'm still waiting (what happened to their customer service? The past year it's been HORRIBLE with wait times consistently over an hour). Since I'm on hold, I've come online to see if maybe I could do something here, but I can no longer even find the options on the Verizon's site about redeeming Netflix. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer.
