Never Received $100 Visa Giftcard

Similar to everyone else in the other 39 page thread about the broken welcome bonus link I still have not received my $100 Visa gift card and the links sent via email do not work. I have called customer support twice already and was told in December that I would receive the card by February 10th, however they would not give me any sort of confirmation number. It takes 40 minutes to get through to a human on the phone so really hoping I do not have to call again. Can somebody please help out with this?
