Like many others, I enrolled in January of 2019. I registered for my $50 amazon gift card and was instructed to wait the required amount of time. I called in April and June because I still had not received the gift card although I was told it would be emailed to me. I diligently ensured nothing went to the spam folder or was missed in my inbox. 10 months later, I have yet to receive the gift card. I have my reference and claim number that verizon provided me to give to the rewards agent. Any assitance would be appreciated!
