I signed up for FIOS service in December 2018. I have been waiting for the Amazon $100 gift card that I was promised since then. The website where I checked the progress first said I was eligible in February, then it changed to April. It said it was processing since then. I have read many, many posts from other customers complaining of the same issue. If I do not receive a Verizon response with answers or the actual card, I will be contacting the NY State Attorney General's office.
