Only made an account here to ask what’s going on:
I’ve been with T-mobile since I was a teenager (30 now), I’ve never once even stepped inside of Verizon
I moved into my new apartment, & since last month I’ve been getting sent bills from Verizon?
I called the Verizon support number, & after about an hour and a half over being on hold, someone tells me it’s an (S word, since it’s censored here) & they want me to talk to their boss. I wait what feels like another hour, just for a male to talk to me & ask for information I only feel comfortable giving my own carrier. Hold once again, I finally just hang up & call my bank to warn them from any charges from Verizon
Fast forward to today, received another one today for over $1,000, and a threat to report it to a collection agency.
If this is a (S word), then why are you guys still continuing to send me bills? And how do I stop this? These are some scary charges/threats
