 I moved over from my parents plan to a family plan with my wife, never leaving verizon. The sales rep never told me that my device promotion that was on my family plan would be cancelled. Which first of all is one of the most stupid things I have ever heard of. I NEVER LEFT VERIZON. And now I am being penalized for it???

I have talked to maybe 11-13 customer service reps, online, on the phone, and even in person. The people in person just called the customer support number...so what's the point of me coming into a store?? I'm asking for a multibillion dollar company to reimburse me $400 and they wont do it. I simply cannot believe the amount of greed you need to have to do this to someone who has been a life long customer. 

This is the most disrespected and played I have ever felt from a corporate company in my entire life. This should be absolutely illegal to do to people.
