Never received $250 Gift Card

I was promised a $250 gift card if I switched from Optimum to Verizon. I was told I would receive it in May. It is already the middle of June and I have not received it.

I just tried calling customer service and I was in a Twilight Zone loop. They kept telling me to wait for the next representative and then starting me over at the beginning of the loop after I waited for about 5 minutes. Total nightmare. How do I receive my gift card?

I have also been trying to online chat with customer service and nada. I am very frustrated.
