Hello,
Verizon was running a promotion that if you signed up for Fios by a certain date, you would be elgible for a $50 Amazon Gift Card. I signed up by the date, and visted https://rewards.verizon.com/home/ to register for my card. I've had service for more than 5 months, and I still haven't recieved the gift card. When I visit https://rewards.verizon.com/home/ I no longer see the reward status. How can I esclate this issue?
