Never received Amazon Gift Card

I signed up for service in December and part of that was a $100 Amazon eGift card. Everywhere on the site/app says it’ll be emailed to me in 1-2 days, but I never received an email. It also said my eligibility was 4/30 which has now passed. Can someone please get in touch about this?
