Has anyone found a process to have Verizon honor trade-in credits? We've been on the phone with support twice now, and both times we were told that the issue was resolved and that we would be credited for all of the payments we made on a phone that should have been paid off when I signed up for the plan. We opened the plan back in January, so it's hundreds of dollars that we have lost on it. The chat makes it impossible to talk to a real person, so I can't even establish a paper trail... Should I just cut my losses and switch to Mint or Boost or something? Maybe complain to the BBB? I don't know if they aren't giving us the credit because we bought at a Victra store or what, but if I can't do something about it this billing cycle, I'm just going to switch carriers. Being stolen from is rough. ๐
