Never received mobile + home credits

I had been using ComCast and a Verizon Fios Sales rep gave me a promising deal since I have Mobile. So basically I was supposed to receive Mobile + Home discounts since December 2022 and its March 2024 I have never received credits not I am seeing any adjustments in my Fios Bills. I have enrolled already since the day I got Fios and since then on my Verizon app it says โPendingโ and the service reps are not ready to understand. I have reached out to Verizon atleast 10-15 times and they always open a ticket and give me an ET of solution. Nothing as of yet !!!!
i am frustrated with hours of calls and chats and no resolution. Just done with them. Just wanted to get advice of other users here and I switching back to my old IP.
