Never received my $200 gift card

I see many people have the same problem.  I've been going back and forth with agents since January. All have promised that the gift card was processing.  At this point I need to escalate this to the better business bureau cause this sounds like fraud to me.  It feels like there was never any intention to provide the gift card, it was all a bait and switch marketing ploy.  Very disappointed
